A massive thank you to Greystones who acted for us in the sale of my property which, without their hard work and diligence I believe would not have been possible. The sale was fraught with problems. My first buyer pulled out just before we were about to exchange contracts but Greystones acted very quickly and they had another buyer lined up for us within 2 days. But there then followed many problems and delays with legal technicalities over the sale, and we were very close on a number of occasions to the sale breaking down and to losing the house we wanted to purchase. But Greystones, particularly Ashley, held it all together by stopping the chain breaking down, He provided daily communication and reassurance to all parties in the chain, keeping everything afloat until we were finally able to complete on our sale and purchase our new house.
